The Highland Park Distillery was founded by Magnus Eunson in 1798. Today, The Edrington Group is the owner of the distillery.
It is the northernmost whisky distillery in Scotland and is located in Kirkwall on the Orkney island of Mainland.
The distillery buildings of Highland Park are listed in the Scottish heritage lists and about 2.5 million liters of whiskey are produced annually.
The 21-year-old Highland Park is stored in former sherry casks made of American and European oak.
