The Hernoe Gin Distillery is the only reported gin distillery in Sweden.
The following eight botanicals form the basis: juniper berries, coriander seeds, black pepper, vanilla, lemon peel, cassia bark, lingonberries and Meadowsweet.
This Swedish gin is traditionally distilled in copper pot stills.
