The Heinrich winery is located in Gols in Burgenland. It is run by Gernot and Heike Heinrich. A great wine can only be produced if the vines feel at home. The family's vineyards are located in Purbach, Breitenbrunn, Winden, Jois, Neusiedl am See, Weiden, Gold, Moenchhof and Podersdorf. The numerous hours of sunshine around Lake Neusiedl allow the grapes to develop fully and reflect this intensity in the taste.
The fully ripe Heinrich Pannobile grapes are harvested by hand from mid-September to mid-October. The harvested grapes are left on the skins for three weeks in a wooden fermentation rack and then gently pressed with a basket press. Maturation takes place for 30 months in used 500 liter oak barrels.
