The Glencadam Distillery was founded in 1825 and is one of the oldest legal whisky distilleries in all of Scotland.The Reserva Andalucia bottling is a tribute to the relationship of the Glencadam Distillery and the famous sherry region in Spain, Jerez in Andalusia.Robert Fleming carefully selects the best sherry butts and matures this single malt first in bourbon casks, then finishes it in Oloroso sherry casks.The result is a rich and sherry-like expression, where the famous Glencadam fruitiness forms a perfect balance.
