Founded in 1840 in Rothes, Scotland, by John and James Grant, the Glen Grant distillery has since made a name for itself in the whisky industry. After James Grant's son took over the management in 1872, the distillery became part of the Campari Group, one of the world's leading spirits suppliers from Italy, in 2006. Dennis Malcolm, who was appointed Master Distiller in 2006, celebrated an impressive 60 years in the Scotch whisky industry in 2021.
