Gerard Bertrand LA CLAPE An1650 2021 14,5% Vol. 0,75l
Gerard Bertrand La Clape is a high-quality red wine from France made from the Carignan, Mourvedre and Syrah grape varieties. The vineyards are located in the heart of the Languedoc, where the grapes thrive on chalky and marly soils. The grapes are harvested by hand to preserve the quality of the fruit.
After the harvest, the grapes are carefully selected and gently processed. Fermentation takes place in small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures in order to preserve and intensify the aromas. The Heritage 1650 La Clape then matures for eight months in oak barrels, which gives it depth, complexity and a powerful structure.
The final step is careful harmonization to ensure that all aspects of the wine are perfectly balanced. The result is a red wine of exceptional quality and elegance, reflecting the tradition and craft of winemaking in the Languedoc. After these steps, the wine is bottled and sealed with a natural cork.
