The area covers 850 hectares and is located on the Mediterranean coast of France. Part of the grapes harvested by hand are stored in 225 l Bordeaux barrels, the other part is stored in stainless steel tanks.

The harvest of the fully ripe grapes of Art de Vivre Rose is done at night to ensure protection from oxidation. Each grape variety used is vinified individually at temperatures between 16-18 ° C to achieve the best aromas.
