This Frescobaldi ALIE Rose is a blend of Syrah and Vermentino grapes. After harvesting, the grapes enter the press house where they are sorted and broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks as well as in the bottle at controlled temperatures. Before this first-class wine is bottled, it is aged for several months on fine lees.
