Founded in 2009 in Reykjavik, the capital of Iceland, Eimverk Distillery uses only locally grown and organically produced barley to produce its Icelandic single malt, Floki, as well as first-class gins. The whisky, which is distilled from this special barley and pure water, is characterized by a smooth, smokeless taste that unfolds pleasantly on the palate.
