The Faustino brand, founded in the 1960s by Eleuterio Martinez Arkoz, represents an important family history and tradition in the world of wine. Since 1990, the company has been proudly run by the fourth generation of the family, with the name "Faustino" chosen as a tribute to the father, Faustino Martinez Arkoz. Over time, the characteristic face on the labels of Faustino wines has become one of the most recognizable symbols in the wine industry and today stands for quality and tradition.

The heart of the brand, the winery, is located in the renowned Rioja wine region in Spain. This location is not only known for its picturesque landscapes, but also for producing some of the world's most prized wines, including those of Faustino.

To produce Faustino sparkling wine, ripe Chardonnay and Viura grapes are harvested by hand, sorted in the wine cellar and gently pressed. Production is carried out using classic bottle fermentation, followed by a maturation phase in the bottle for several months. After the maturation period, the sparkling wine is bottled and sealed with a natural cork.
