Etsu Japanese Gin Pacific Ocean Water Limited Edition is distilled at the Asahikawa Distillery on the island of Hokkaido. The production of the gin is based on the use of water from mountain springs combined with seawater from the Sea of Japan. In addition, selected botanicals such as juniper berries, bitter orange peel, licorice root, angelica root and coriander are added.
This combination results in a gin that reflects the characteristics of the Japanese coastal region and establishes a connection to the local nature and marine environment through its composition.
