The Emperor Rum is a blend of different rums from the island of Mauritius. This rum is made from fresh sugar cane juice (40%) and 60% molasses. The maturation takes place in American and French oak barrels and is 5-12 years. The Emperor Mauritian Rum Sherry Finish receives a 6-month finish in sherry casks before bottling.
