Emil Bauer Pinot Gris Bullshit from Germany, made from the Pinot Gris grape variety, comes from the Palatinate, where the grapes ripen on soils consisting of clay, limestone and loess under optimal climatic conditions. Once fully ripe, the grapes are harvested quickly and at cool times of day in order to preserve the aromas. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately processed in the winery, where they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, followed by a period of maturation on the fine lees for several months. The final step in the production process is the bottling of the wine, which is sealed with a screw cap.
