This gin is produced in Germany, but finds its inspiration in beautiful Africa.
For every bottle of Elephant London Dry Gin sold, part of the profit will be donated to the Big Life Foundation and the Space for Elephants Foundation.
Through this commitment, the elephant Sloe Gin also gets its name, and each bottle also carries the batch name of an elephant already protected by the foundations.
This brine is actually a gin liqueur. In addition to juniper berries, sloe berries are also used in its production. The fruits are ripe and harvested by hand. By adding sugar, there is a perfect balance between the sweetness and acidity.
The term "brine" is English and means blackthorn.
