El Mayor anchors its tequila tradition deep in the soil. The tequila is made exclusively from high-quality Weber blue agaves, which flourish in the rocky lowlands of Jalisco. These plants grow at an altitude of around 2,300 meters, where the mineral-rich sandy soil produces particularly juicy agaves, giving El Mayor Tequila a characteristic taste that reflects the regional warmth of Jalisco.

El Mayor Reposado matures for at least 9 months in American white oak barrels, which gives it a refined structure, harmonious taste and an exceptionally smooth finish.
