An explosion of rich dark fruits, chocolate and spices, interwoven with light vanilla, caused by a mixture of matured Speyside single malts, which mature predominantly in Spanish sherry casks.
This wintry Scallywag matures in Oloroso sherry casks and Pedro Ximenez sherry butts and is bottled without dye or chill filtration, at a warming natural cask strength of 53.1% vol.
Bottled in small precious batches and limited to 4,200 bottles worldwide.
