The patient maturing of the precious distillate, in selected French barriques for over 18 months, results in a nectar with a very high organoleptic profile.
The distillation of the marc is done by discontinuous steam distillation in the copper plant with eight stills.
After careful selection of the most suitable batch for ageing in small barrels, it is left to rest in the barrique. After refining in stainless steel tanks, always full-bodied, the grappa obtains its final alcohol content by diluting the raw distillate.
