After a careful selection of the best grapes, they are pressed in pneumatic tank presses to preserve the quality of the grapes. The must then undergoes controlled fermentation and is matured in stainless steel tanks, which preserves its purity and freshness. After ageing, the wine is bottled and sealed with a screw cap.
