For the DINGLE Original Gin, a lot of time was invested in research and production, because they wanted to create a gin that is unique. This gin falls into the category of London Dry Gin and stands out from other gins because of its ingredients. The maceration of the ingredients takes place for 24 hours, followed by a gentle distillation. The final product has 70 % by volume, it is mixed with the pure water from the bottom of the distillery and diluted to 42.5 % by volume.
Botanicals: rowan, mountain ash, fuchsia, bog, hawthorn, heather, angelica root, coriander.
