The Vermouth del Professore is one of the vermouths, which is made exclusively from wine and carefully selected spices.
Named after the bartender, cocktail pioneer and "professor" Jerry Thomas, a historic spirit is created.
Based on Barbera, the Vermouth is refined with selected herbs and ingredients such as wormwood, orange, vanilla and coriander.
After a few months of aging in barrels, a balanced vermouth is created.
