Their range includes vegan, fructose and sorbitol-tested wines as well as wines with a residual histamine value of less than 0.1 mg/l and, more recently, histamine-free wines.

Weingut Christian & Thomas Weiss Blaufraenkisch is made from 100% fully ripe Blaufraenkisch grapes. Maturation takes place in steel tanks in order to optimally preserve the intense aromas and fruity notes of the grapes. After maturation, the wine is bottled and securely sealed with a natural cork.
