Champagne Lanson was founded in 1760 and is the fourth oldest champagne house and the oldest still in family ownership. Lanson champagnes follow their own style - fresh, fruity and complex.

All champagnes of the brand are vegan and are produced according to the principle of sustainable viticulture.

As early as 1833, a first blended rose was produced at Lanson, and in 1949 the Lanson family decided to create a cuvee with the characteristic freshness of the Maison.

A subtle addition of red wines, from crus such as Bouzy or Les Riceys, and the use of only rose reserve wines, give Le Rose its unique light salmon pink color.

The grapes used are selected from over 100 crus, half of which are grand and premier crus. For uniform style and aromatic intensity, 30 to 40% rose reserve wines are used, some of which are over 20 years old. In addition, 7% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier reds are added to create a deilicate fruitiness. Le Rose achieves exceptional complexity through its aging in the cellars of the Maison for at least four years.
