The Chambord Liqueur Royale de France was created in 1685 for the then "Sun King" Louis XIV at Chateau Chambord. Chateau Chambord is located in the Loire Valley in France, where the liqueur is still produced today.
Blackberries, raspberries and blackcurrants are mixed with high-quality French spirits to produce the liqueur. After a resting phase of six weeks, the berries are gently pressed. In the third and final phase, the liqueur is refined with honey, vanilla from Madagascar, Moroccan lemon peel and XO cognac. This is the only way to create the special taste of Chambord.
The liqueur is bottled in an elegant round bottle that gives it a regal character.
