It owes its name to the famous General Don Pedro Gonzales de Mendoza, who also advised Christopher Columbus. In 1887, the Sanchez family started the brandy production.
Located in the heart of the Sherry region, this exquisite brandy matures for more than 25 years according to the traditional method in the elaborate solera process. The barrels for this are made of American white oak.
