The result of a collaboration with the visionary thinkers at Nordic Food Lab, Anty Gin from Cambridge Distillery is the very first gin in the world made from insects.

The essence of some 62 red forest ants, along with hand-picked botanicals such as juniper, wild forest ants and nettle, which complement the sharp citrus notes created by distilling the ants, is preserved in each bottling.

Each bottle of Anty Gin is hand-labeled on the distillery's 1924 typewriter, demonstrating the attention to detail that led to this gin being named the World's Most Innovative Alcohol at the 2015 World Beverage Innovation Awards.

A 5cl dropper bottle of pure ant distillate is also included so you can experience the unique flavor of Formica rufa in isolation - or to intensify the citrus notes in an Anty Gin & Tonic.
