The Brolettino Lugana from the "Privilegio di Famiglia" series of the renowned Ca dei Frati winery is an outstanding white wine made from the indigenous Turbiana grape variety. Brolettino is made from fully ripe grapes that are carefully harvested and processed at the winery. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine matures for 8-10 months in new French oak barriques before being further refined in the bottle. This combination of wood and bottle ageing gives it its unique balance between freshness, depth and finesse.
