The "Bonpland" rum series is a tribute to the French doctor and naturalist Aime Bonpland, who made a name for himself through his significant contributions to botanical and scientific research.

This unique rum creation is made up of five selected Caribbean rums from renowned distilleries in Jamaica, Trinidad, Guyana, Guatemala and Nicaragua.

Each of these rums brings its own characteristic note to the blend, and the art of blending ensures a harmonious union of flavors.

The Bonpland blend is first matured for several years in bourbon barrels before being given a final finish of two years in Pinot Noir wine barrels.

This step gives the rum an additional level of flavor development and enriches its profile with subtle wine notes and a multi-layered aroma spectrum.
