The house quickly established itself as a top producer. With a size of 90ha (of which 13ha are vineyards) they belong to the medium sized producers.
The champagne is made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir.
Before they undergo malolactic fermentation, the base wines are fermented in stainless steel tanks. After being transformed into champagne, it matures on the yeast for 36 months.
The Billecart Salmon Brut Rose is considered a speciality of the house.
