Tracing its roots back to 1698, Berry Bros & Rudd remains a family business today and is still run and managed from the same historic premises, at 3 St James's Street.
The Barbados rum comes from the Foursquare Distillery. Barbados, also known as the birthplace of rum, has over 350 years of experience growing sugar cane. The rum is aged 10-11 years and is molasses based. Distillation is done in pot stills and column stills. The finish of this rum is in Sauternes Hogsheads.
The rum is neither chill-filtered nor coloured or sugared.
