Bentley & Cooper was founded by two employees of Humphrey Taylor & Co. Distillery in London. Mr. Bentley was the master distiller and Mr. Cooper the accountant.
The distillery specializes in the production of Jamaican rum.
The Solera Reserve bottling is a blend of rums from Long Pond Distillery and Clarendon Distillery. The rum is made using the solera process and is aged in old PX sherry casks and American oak barrels.
The bottling is neither chill-filtered nor colored.
