The molasses of the precious Bayou Silver Rum, which originates from Louisiana, comes from the oldest family-owned sugar refinery in the USA. To guarantee the quality of the rum, it is distilled by master distiller Jeff Murphy and master blender Reiniel Vicente Diaz. After distillation in Kufper stills, it is aged in 200 liter bourbon as well as sherry barrels using the solera method. With a triple distilled spring water, the drinking strength of 40% by volume is achieved.
