The Baron Philippe de Rothschild winery, based in Pauillac, is one of France's most prestigious wineries and is known worldwide for its first-class Bordeaux wines. The winery revolutionized viticulture by introducing bottling on the estate and achieving the elevation of Chateau Mouton Rothschild to the highest Bordeaux classification in 1973. The portfolio also includes the internationally renowned Mouton Cadet brand, as well as the Chateau Clerc Milon and Chateau d'Armailhac wineries.

Baron Philippe de Rothschild Mouton Cadet Reserve Medoc is an impressive red wine from one of Bordeaux's most prestigious appellations – the Medoc. The cuvée consists of 58% Merlot and 42% Cabernet Sauvignon, a classic Bordeaux blend that perfectly combines power, fruit, and structure. While Merlot provides soft, velvety fruit and fullness, Cabernet Sauvignon brings fine tannins, depth, and impressive ageing potential. The vines thrive on a terroir of sand, river gravel, and clay, which gives the grapes optimal ripeness and a fine minerality. After the harvest, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by careful aging in French oak barrels.

The wine is finally sealed with a natural cork to best preserve its quality and ageing potential.
