The wines are made from the grape varieties 83% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 7% Cabernet Franc, which grow in Bordeaux on soils of clay, limestone and gravel. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to ensure the best possible quality.
