Albert Michler Distillery is one of the oldest distilleries in the former Austro-Hungarian Empire, producing high-quality spirits and liqueurs. The company was founded in 1863 in Silesia, Czech Republic, and has since established itself as one of the leading producers of fine spirits in Europe. The Austrian Empire Navy Anniversary is made from sugar cane from Barbados and matures for up to 23 years in different types of barrels. This blend was created a full century after the collapse of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, by renowned master blender Paul Caris.
