Vereinte Winzer Blaufraenkischland is a cooperative which selects and purchases quality grapes from Mittelburgenland and processes them in its own wine cellar.
For the winemakers who participate in this project, it brings many advantages. Although the high quality standards result in a significant additional effort for the winemakers, the cooperation with the cooperative is a win-win for both sides.
The motto is therefore: "Mittelburgenland under one roof!"
Arachon is always presented on September 1 - two years after harvest. Arachon comes from the Old Slavic - Old Slovenian language and was in the Middle Ages the name of the village Horitschon, where the wine is at home.
