The Tenuta Guado al Tasso winery, idyllically situated in the Tuscan region of Maremma, around 100 kilometers south of Florence, covers an area of over 1,000 hectares. This impressive estate is not only known for its 300 hectares of vineyards, but also offers a diverse agricultural landscape. In addition to viticulture, fields of potatoes and sugar beet are cultivated here, as well as plantations of melons and tomatoes and extensive cereal fields. This diversity contributes to the region's characteristic landscape and agricultural diversity.

Antinori Guado al Tasso Bolgheri Superiore is an exquisite red wine made from the Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot grape varieties. The grapes thrive on limestone and rocky soils, which gives the wine a special mineral note.

Particular emphasis is placed on quality during vinification and ageing: After a manual harvest, the wine matures for 18 months in barrique barrels and then undergoes 10 months of bottle ageing. This careful process contributes to the development of its complex flavor profile. It is sealed with a natural cork, which supports the quality and longevity and offers storage potential until 2041.
