Angel's Envy is a family brand. Father and son had an idea, which they were determined to implement. Eventually, a grandson joined in to learn a thing or two about whiskey making from his grandfather.
The small-batch, three-generation whiskey is produced by Louisville Distilling Company, a subsidiary of Bacardi Limited.
During the six years of maturation evaporates about 5% alcohol, which is also called 'Angels Share'.
The Angel's Envy Port Wine Finish receives its finish between 3 and 6 months in port wine casks.
