AnCnoc (pronounced "a-nock") is a Scotch whisky brand produced at the Knockdhu distillery in the Scottish Highlands. The distillery itself is often referred to as Knockdhu, while the brand name for its whisky is AnCnoc. The history of Knockdhu Distillery dates back to 1894, when it was founded by John Morrison. Over the years, the distillery has maintained its traditional production methods, including the use of copper pot stills and traditional perennial warehouses for maturation.
The single malt is aged in Spanish first fill oak casks and in ex-American oak casks. The whiskey is bottled without additional colorants and without cold filtration.
