At only 9 years old, he traveled with his parents from Los Angeles to rural Nayarit, Jalisco, Mexico and immediately fell in love with millions of blue agaves, volcanoes, waterfalls and the nature of Jalisco. After studying for Master of Science and working as a math professor, he founded AMAN Distillery.

This Reposado Tequila is produced in a roller mill. It undergoes distillation in copper pot stills. It is aged for 6 months in American and French oak barrels.
