Gerardo Madrigal is the founder of AMAN Tequila. At a young age while traveling with his parents from their hometown of Los Angeles, he already fell in love with rural Nayarit, Jalisco, Mexico. Millions of blue agave plants, volcanoes, waterfalls and the nature of Jalisco were on his mind. After studying for Master of Science and working as a math professor, he founded AMAN Distillery.

This Blanco Tequila is produced in a roller mill. Distillation takes place in copper pot stills with natural spring water. The tequila undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
