Maison Saint Aix, located in the picturesque countryside of Jouques, north-east of Aix-en-Provence, specializes in the creation of rose wine. The history of the estate dates back to 1880, when it was first established as a truffle farm. Over time, especially in the early 20th century, the farm was transformed into a winery, which is now fully dedicated to the art of winemaking.
With an impressive vineyard area of 75 hectares, Maison Saint Aix is now one of the largest rose wine producers in Provence. This significant size underlines not only the capacity, but also the importance of the winery in the region and in the industry.
The estate's flagship wine, the Aix Rose, represents a finely balanced cuvee consisting of 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah and a further 20% Cinsault. This composition reflects the characteristic qualities of Provence and offers a taste experience that captures the essence of this famous wine region.
