The wines of Adam-Lieleg are positively influenced by the microclimate and the mineral soil structure. The grapes are hand-picked and come from hillside vineyards.
"Adam" comes from the Hebrew and means earthling (human). "Lieleg" is derived from the flower lily and is the new trademark of the winery. The flower stands for freshness and purity. It is also often associated with the Virgin Mary.
