S.B.S stands for Single Barrel Selection, which means that in this 1423 product line, only one barrel is filled for each product. Each barrel is selected according to strict criteria and offered in a limited number of bottles. The entire S.B.S range comprises only classic rums, no blends, in order to emphasize the versatility of rums as well as their unique quality and exquisite taste.

Single Barrel Selection Venezuela 2006, an exquisite rum based on molasses, was produced using traditional column style distillation. Its maturation in a combination of ex-bourbon and port wine barrels enriches the rum with an outstanding fruity note.
