Rochelt's Inntaler is a unique composition of honey-sweet quinces, fruity Williams pears and fine wild raspberries. This schnapps cuvee, named after the home region of the Rochelt distillery, is extremely harmonious and well matured. The origins of the Inntaler lie in southern Styria, Upper Austria and the forests of the Carpathians, where the fruit for it ripens.
After natural fermentation and double distillation are complete, the heart of the fruit is carefully combined and then stored in open glass balloons for at least five years. With an alcohol content of 50%, Der Inntaler is both strong and delicately fruity. During the ageing process, the alcohol loses its power and strength, which brings out the wonderful aromas of the Inntaler. This schnapps is a 100% pure and unfiltered distillate.
