The designation “Speyside (M)” deliberately keeps the exact distillery in the background, while age, origin, and cask selection clearly define the character of this bottling. For maturation, Signatory Vintage relied on first-fill Oloroso sherry butts, whose intense influence lends the single malt a distinctive combination of dark fruits, sherry, and spicy oak. This bottling is part of the 100 Proof Exceptional Edition #17, a series in which Signatory presents specially matured, characterful whiskies at the traditional strength of 100 British Proof.

After nearly two decades of cask maturation, the Speyside (M) 2008/2026 is bottled at a robust 57.1% alcohol by volume. Signatory Vintage consistently refrains from cold filtration and the use of colorants, ensuring that the natural character of the cask remains as unadulterated as possible. The whiskey is not smoky, which allows the influence of the first-fill Oloroso sherry butts to come to the forefront particularly clearly. Signatory Vintage combines a long maturation period with a high alcohol content and transparent disclosure of key production data. The combination of 18 years of aging, the 2008 vintage, first-fill Oloroso sherry butts, and 57.1% ABV makes this 0.7-liter bottling particularly appealing to enthusiasts of long-aged, intensely sherry-influenced Speyside single malts.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0865/2193/8218/files/f1931a112337247974ae0d557f4d5c2f9d03ef556dce3cafcd514af3dfa4fdbe.jpg?v=1790850984
https://mydrinx.shop/es/products/signatory-vintage-100-proof-edition-speyside-m-18-years-old-single-malt-17-2008-57-1-vol-0-7l
