The distillery is known for its particularly aromatic, ester-rich Jamaican rums produced in pot stills and continues to use traditional production methods to this day. The Hampden 1753 is made from molasses, sugarcane vinegar, dunder, and muck, and is distilled exclusively in double-retort pot stills. This bottling is part of the HLCF line—Hampden Light Continental Flavored—one of the distillery’s best-known rum brands and production specifications. As such, the Hampden 1753 offers a distinctive introduction to the intense and distinctive style of Hampden Estate.

\r

\r

After distillation, the Hampden Estate 1753 is aged for 3 years, 100% in ex-Bourbon barrels, in Jamaica’s tropical climate. Hampden began aging rum directly on the estate in a tropical climate in 2010, before official bottlings under its own name were released in 2018. With an alcohol content of 46% and a 0.7-liter bottle, this 3-year-aged Pure Single Jamaican Rum combines intense pot-still aromas with a comparatively rounded barrel-aged character. As part of the core lineup, the Hampden 1753 HLCF Rum is designed for both sipping neat and for classic and modern rum cocktails, representing Trelawny’s historic connection to bold, aromatic Jamaican rums.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0865/2193/8218/files/ff25a52512e1f2e7f0316e5fbac9974a217aef5b97883dfc5e95094a2c0a72c0.jpg?v=1790937266
https://mydrinx.shop/es/products/hampden-estate-1753-3-years-old-pure-single-jamaican-rum-46-vol-0-7l
